A perfect place for a small, romantic simple wedding ceremony is at a public park in the Garden City area of the Grand Strand. It is a great alternative for an outdoor wedding along with a private view overlooking the Marsh. At the end of the boardwalk is a shelter for the wedding party. The biggest drawback is it has limited parking. If you have a small wedding party such as bride/groom and immediate family then this spot may be perfect for you. Places like this is just one of many along the greater Grand Strand.
A favorite location for simple wedding ceremonies on the Beach is the beautiful Surfside Beach area. 3rd Avenue North or South is walking distance from Surfside Pier. It has a spacious beach at either high tide or low tide. If you are thinking about a simple, romantic beach ceremony then this location would be a great place to be, especially at sunset.
A great spot for a simple wedding ceremony along the Grand Strand is the picturesome beach of Cherry Grove/ North Myrtle Beach with Little River Inlet in the background. Pastor Benjy recently enjoyed the view and beauty of the area during a wedding ceremony secured through his Simple Wedding Day business. In the Summer months the better time is 5:30 pm or later due to limited parking.
If you desire a quaint, romantic yet private place to exchange simple wedding vows then Pawleys Island, SC may be the place for you. It is only a 35 minute drive from Myrtle Beach. The South Causeway has plenty of parking to accommodate guests and at low tide a very spacious beach. Pastor Benjy Simmons can help make this a reality as you dream about your simple ceremony.
